Made from a silk kimono with a patterned background. The woven design only appears depending on the angle of the light. Ox-cart, chrysanthemum, and pine motifs flow between the coral and peach-colored obi. Traces of gold leaf remain on one shoulder. Since each sleeve was cut from a different part of the fabric, no two patterns are exactly alike.
Only one piece from a single kimono. The pattern, drape, and texture are all unique. It has a loose fit and a shorter length. As it is made of pure silk, it is very lightweight.
