Sales Price	The price shown on each product page (in Japanese Yen, including consumption tax). Overseas orders will also be billed in Japanese Yen.
Additional Fees Excluding Product Price	Shipping fee: Calculated based on destination, weight, and size, and displayed at checkout. Payment handling fees: Deferred payment (Pay ID) convenience store payment: 350 JPY (incl. tax) / Bank transfer: 360 JPY (incl. tax). Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer. For overseas deliveries: Any customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country/region are to be borne by the customer (DAP/DDU terms). Communication costs for website browsing and placing orders are to be borne by the customer.
Payment Methods	Within Japan: Credit card payment, carrier billing (docomo/au/SoftBank), bank transfer, convenience store/Pay-easy payment, PayPal, deferred payment (Pay ID), PayPay. Overseas orders: Credit card payment, PayPal. * Carrier billing, convenience store payment, deferred payment, PayPay, and bank transfer are available for customers within Japan only.
Payment Timing	Credit card, carrier billing, PayPal: Payment is confirmed upon order completion. Bank transfer: Please pay within 5 business days after being billed. Deferred payment (Pay ID): Convenience store payment must be made by the 10th of the month following billing. For account transfers, funds will be deducted from the designated account after billing (no handling fee). PayPay: Payment is confirmed after we process the shipment.

If an item is returned due to refusal to pay duties, prolonged absence, or incorrect address, a refund may be issued after deducting actual costs for round-trip shipping, return handling, and customs duties, or we may be unable to provide a refund.
Depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country, there may be goods or materials restricted from import. Please check before ordering.

Delivery Timing	Ships within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation (payment verification) (excluding weekends, holidays, and year-end/new-year). Estimated delivery (after shipment): Japan 2–3 days / Asia 3–7 days / North America & Oceania 5–7 days / Europe 5–10 days / Other regions 10–20 days. * Delays may occur due to customs, weather, peak seasons, or courier circumstances.
Delivery Method	Within Japan: Courier service. Overseas: International courier (tracked/insured service such as EMS). * Tracking numbers will be sent via email after shipment. Delivery may not be possible to some countries/regions. For overseas delivery, please enter your address in English/Roman characters and provide a phone number for customs clearance.
Returns and Exchanges	As all our items are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (including size discrepancies or differences in perception/image). If an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. After we verify the defect, we will arrange for an exchange or a full refund, with return shipping costs borne by us. Refunds	Refunds are processed in Japanese Yen based on the payment method used at the time of purchase (usually within 7–14 business days). Exchange rate differences, payment provider fees, and duties/taxes levied in the destination country are not subject to refund.
International Delivery Notes
Order Cancellations	Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the products, we generally do not accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed.

Delivery	Dispatched within 1 business day after confirmation by tracked, insured international courier (EMS or equivalent). Estimated transit after dispatch: Asia 3–7 days; North America & Oceania 5–7 days; Europe 7–10 days; other regions 10–20 days. Customs and seasonal delays may apply. Please provide your address in English and a phone number for customs.
Returns	Every item is one of a kind. Returns and exchanges for change of mind (including size or fit) are not accepted. For defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery; after inspection we will exchange the item or issue a full refund, with return shipping at our expense. Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.
Refunds	To the original payment method, in JPY, usually within 7–14 business days. Exchange-rate differences, payment-provider fees and duties/taxes paid in the destination country are not refundable.
Refused / undelivered parcels	If a parcel is returned because duties were refused, the parcel was not collected, or the address was incorrect, any refund will be net of shipping, handling and duties actually incurred, and in some cases no refund can be made.
Cancellations	Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as each piece is unique.
