各商品ページに表示された金額（日本円・消費税込）とします。海外へのご注文も日本円でのご請求となります。

商品代金以外の必要料金

• 送料：配送先・重量・サイズにより算出し、ご注文手続き画面に表示します。

• 決済手数料：あと払い（Pay ID）コンビニ支払い 350円（税込）／銀行振込 360円（税込）。銀行振込の振込手数料はお客様のご負担です。

• 海外へのお届けの場合：お届け先の国・地域で課される関税、付加価値税（VAT／GST）、輸入税、通関手数料等は、すべてお客様のご負担です（DAP／DDU条件）。

• ウェブサイトの閲覧・ご注文にかかる通信費等はお客様のご負担です。

お支払い時期

• クレジットカード・キャリア決済・PayPal：ご注文確定時にお支払いが確定します。

• 銀行振込：ご請求後5営業日以内にお支払いください。

• あと払い（Pay ID）：コンビニ支払いはご請求後翌月10日まで。口座振替はご請求後、指定口座より引き落とし（手数料無料）。

• PayPay決済：当店にて発送処理後にお支払いが確定します。

商品の引渡時期

ご注文確定（ご入金確認）後、1~2営業日以内に発送します（土日祝日・年末年始を除く）。

お届けの目安（発送後）：日本国内 2〜3日／アジア 3〜7日／北米・オセアニア 5〜7日／ヨーロッパ 5〜10日／その他の地域 10〜20日。
※ 通関手続き、天候、繁忙期、配送会社の事情により遅れる場合があります。

返品・交換について

当店の商品はすべて一点もののため、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません（サイズ違い、イメージの相違等を含む）。

商品に不良があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。当店にて不良を確認のうえ、返送費用は当店負担で、交換または全額返金にて対応します。事前連絡のない返送には対応できません。

返金について

返金は、ご注文時のお支払い方法に基づき、日本円で処理します（7〜14営業日程度）。為替レートの差額や決済事業者の手数料、お届け先の国で課された関税・輸入税等は返金の対象外です。

海外配送時のご注意

• 関税等の支払い拒否、長期不在、住所不備等により商品が返送された場合、往復送料・返送手数料・関税等の実費を差し引いたうえで返金、または返金をお受けできない場合があります。

• お届け先の国の法令・規制により、輸入が制限される商品・素材がある場合があります。ご注文前にご確認ください。

ご注文のキャンセル

一点ものという性質上、ご注文確定後のキャンセルは原則としてお受けできません。

Prices

As shown on each product page, in Japanese yen (JPY), inclusive of Japanese consumption tax. International orders are also charged in JPY.

Additional charges

Shipping (shown at checkout). For international orders, all customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes and brokerage fees levied by the destination country are paid by the customer (DAP/DDU).

Payment (international)

Credit card or PayPal. Payment is confirmed when the order is placed. Other methods listed in the Japanese notice are available to customers in Japan only.

Delivery

Dispatched within 1 business day after confirmation by tracked, insured international courier (EMS or equivalent). Estimated transit after dispatch: Asia 3–7 days; North America & Oceania 5–7 days; Europe 7–10 days; other regions 10–20 days. Customs and seasonal delays may apply. Please provide your address in English and a phone number for customs.

Returns

Every item is one of a kind. Returns and exchanges for change of mind (including size or fit) are not accepted. For defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery; after inspection we will exchange the item or issue a full refund, with return shipping at our expense. Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.

Refunds

To the original payment method, in JPY, usually within 7–14 business days. Exchange-rate differences, payment-provider fees and duties/taxes paid in the destination country are not refundable.

Refused / undelivered parcels

If a parcel is returned because duties were refused, the parcel was not collected, or the address was incorrect, any refund will be net of shipping, handling and duties actually incurred, and in some cases no refund can be made.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as each piece is unique.
